Proposes constitutional amendment to Article I, Section 2 of Florida Constitution eliminating legislative authority to regulate or prohibit real property ownership by aliens ineligible for citizenship

Removes exception that currently allows laws regulating ownership, inheritance, disposition, and possession of real property by aliens ineligible for citizenship

Establishes that all natural persons have inalienable right to acquire, possess, and protect property without exception

Requires submission of amendment to Florida voters for approval at next general election or earlier special election authorized by law

Ballot summary states amendment will provide equal protection and property rights for all natural persons regardless of citizenship eligibility status
