Removes the 150-mile radius limitation for truck tractors and heavy trucks transporting agricultural or horticultural products, expanding eligibility to statewide operations within Florida.

Changes the requirement from "or" to "and" to clarify that vehicles must be not-for-hire AND engaged exclusively in transporting raw, unprocessed, and nonmanufactured agricultural or horticultural products.

Maintains reduced license plate fees of $87.75 (flat) for vehicles under 44,000 pounds and $324 (flat) for vehicles 44,000 pounds or more.

Allows vehicles to incidentally haul farm implements and fertilizers directly to growers while retaining eligibility for reduced license taxes.

Effective July 1, 2018.
