Creates section 943.0586, Florida Statutes to require the Criminal Justice Information Program to administratively seal criminal history records upon notification by the clerk of court.

Applies to adults or minors charged with felonies, misdemeanors, or violations when charges were declined by the state attorney, dismissed, resulted in acquittal or not guilty verdict, and all appeals have been exhausted or appeal time has expired.

Sealing records under this section has the same legal effect as sealing under section 943.059(4).

Takes effect July 1, 2018, contingent upon passage and enactment of related legislation (SB ____) in the same legislative session.
