Exempts firesafety system plans held by agencies from public records disclosure requirements under Florida Statutes s. 119.07(1) and the Florida Constitution.

Exempts information relating to firesafety systems for state, county, municipal, or privately owned/leased properties in agency possession from public records and public meetings disclosure.

Allows disclosure of exempted firesafety information to property owners/leaseholders, other agencies for official duties, or by court order upon showing of good cause.

Applies retroactively to firesafety system plans held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the law.

Exemptions are subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and shall be repealed on October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature.
