Establishes an annual $25 use fee for the Childhood Cancer Awareness specialty license plate in Florida.

Requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to develop the Childhood Cancer Awareness license plate featuring "Florida" at the top and "Cure Childhood Cancer" at the bottom.

Directs all fees collected to No Kid Should Know Cancer, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which may use up to 10 percent for administrative costs and plate marketing.

Requires No Kid Should Know Cancer, Inc. to use remaining fees to support families with children recently diagnosed with cancer through gift cards for food and transportation, hold childhood cancer awareness events, and support clinical trials for improved cancer treatment.

Effective date is October 1, 2018.
