Adds two new grounds for Florida courts to refuse recognition of foreign judgments rendered outside the United States.

Allows non-recognition when a judgment was rendered in circumstances raising substantial doubt about the integrity of the rendering court.

Allows non-recognition when the foreign court proceeding was not compatible with the requirements of due process of law.

Amends section 55.605, Florida Statutes by adding paragraphs (i) and (j) to subsection (2).

Takes effect upon becoming law.
