Creates "remote dispensing site pharmacy" permits allowing certified pharmacy technicians to dispense (not compound) medicinal drugs under electronic supervision of an offsite Florida licensed pharmacist.

Remote dispensing site pharmacies must be located in rural hospitals, jointly owned or contracted with a supervising pharmacy, maintain 24-hour video surveillance, and cannot dispense Schedule II controlled substances.

Certified pharmacy technicians at remote sites must be certified by an accredited program and have completed 2,080 hours of pharmacy experience within the preceding 2 years; they cannot perform sterile or nonsterile compounding except reconstituting oral powder antibiotics.

Requires the prescription department manager or other pharmacist from the supervising pharmacy to visit the remote site on a board-designated schedule for inspections, personnel matters, and clinical services.

A Florida licensed pharmacist may serve as prescription department manager for up to two remote dispensing site pharmacies if they are under common control.
