Amends s. 683.231, F.S. to remove the scheduled repeal of provisions governing the citizen support organization for Florida Missing Children's Day, allowing it to continue operating indefinitely.

Authorizes the Department of Law Enforcement to establish a nonprofit citizen support organization to provide assistance, funding, and promotional support for Florida Missing Children's Day activities.

Permits the citizen support organization to collect and expend funds for awards, public awareness programs, workshops, travel, internet services, administrative costs, audits, and facility rentals.

Requires the citizen support organization to obtain written approval from the Department of Law Enforcement and comply with equal opportunity employment and membership policies to use state administrative services, property, and facilities.

Mandates independent annual financial audits provided to the department, Office of Policy and Budget, and Cabinet; effective July 1, 2018.
