Allows qualified patient students to designate multiple caregivers, including county-designated caregivers, to assist with medical marijuana administration during the school day.

Establishes a procedure for parents to request that marijuana be administered to their student during school hours, requiring submission of the student's patient identification card, physician certification, and written authorization to the school principal.

Requires school principals to notify the county health department upon receiving such requests, and authorizes the Department of Health to designate up to two county health department employees to serve as county-designated caregivers for students.

Mandates that school principals designate an isolated area on school grounds where marijuana may be administered, prohibits storage of marijuana on school grounds, and prevents schools from obstructing qualified patient students from accessing marijuana during the school day.

Repeals the requirement that district school boards adopt policies for marijuana access and transfers responsibility for obtaining, storing, and accounting for marijuana to registered caregivers and county-designated caregivers.
