Exempts from public records disclosure any information obtained by persons or agencies from the First Responder Network Authority or relating to the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network (established under 47 U.S.C. § 1401 et seq.)

Covers information including network design, development, construction, deployment, and operation; network coverage and geographical maps; network infrastructure features and capabilities; and cybersecurity details

Exemption applies to information obtained from the First Responder Network Authority or any entity operating under contract with it

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2023 unless reenacted by the Legislature
