Electronic orders are now treated as sales made at a vendor's licensed place of business, along with existing telephone and mail orders.

Vendors may use third-party delivery vehicles (including common carriers) for alcohol deliveries, in addition to vehicles they own or lease.

Third-party delivery vehicles and vendor-owned vehicles are subject to warrantless inspection and search by division employees, sheriffs, deputy sheriffs, and police officers during alcohol transport or delivery.

Recipients' identity and age must be verified and documented at the time of delivery.
