Creates section 501.9735 to regulate ticket website operators selling tickets to Florida residents for events at in-state venues.

Prohibits website operators from intentionally using internet domain names containing the venue name or substantially similar names, unless authorized by the venue.

Classifies violations as deceptive and unfair trade practices subject to penalties under Florida's consumer protection laws (part II of chapter 501).

Provides immunity from liability for newspapers, magazines, radio/television stations, and other advertising media that publish advertisements in good faith without knowledge of violations.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
