Creates a statewide, centralized registry to collect data on persons with ST-elevation myocardial infarctions (STEMI) administered by the Department of Health.

Requires all PCI-capable health care facilities to report STEMI treatment data quarterly using nationally recognized guidelines; other trauma centers and acute care hospitals are encouraged but not required to report.

Department must contract with a public or private entity to maintain the registry using a nationally recognized platform, subject to legislative appropriation.

Contracted entity must provide annual reports to the department on January 1 each year regarding collected data.

Provides immunity from civil, criminal, and administrative liability for persons and health care providers reporting information in good faith under the registry.
