Authorizes churches, synagogues, and other religious institutions to allow concealed weapons licensees to carry concealed handguns in established places of worship where religious services are regularly conducted.

Requires religious institutions using property not owned by them to obtain permission from the property owner or administrator before authorizing concealed carry.

Prohibits concealed handgun carry in religious institutions located on school property during school hours or when curricular or extracurricular school-sponsored activities are taking place.

Clarifies that the authorization does not permit firearms carry in violation of federal law or on the property of public or private colleges, universities, or other postsecondary educational institutions.

Changes Florida Statute 790.06(12)(b) from "shall not be prohibited" to "may not be prohibited" regarding firearm storage in vehicles for lawful purposes.
