Creates a third-degree felony for trespassing on an airport's operational area with intent to injure a person, damage property, or impede aircraft or runway operations.

Requires the airport operational area to be legally posted with a sign stating "THIS AREA IS A DESIGNATED OPERATIONAL AREA OF AN AIRPORT AND ANYONE WHO TRESPASSES ON THIS PROPERTY COMMITS A FELONY."

Defines "operational area of an airport" as any airport portion where public access is prohibited by fences or signs, including runways, taxiways, ramps, apron areas, aircraft parking and storage areas, fuel storage areas, and maintenance areas.

Offenders are subject to punishments provided in sections 775.082, 775.083, and 775.084 of Florida Statutes.

Takes effect October 1, 2018.
