Amends Florida law to reclassify felony offenses upward by one degree when a person possesses a firearm capable of holding 13 or more rounds of ammunition without reloading, possesses two or more firearms, or possesses a firearm with a bump-fire stock.

Adds misdemeanor reclassification provisions, upgrading first-degree misdemeanors to third-degree felonies and second-degree misdemeanors to first-degree misdemeanors when the specified firearm conditions are present.

Defines "bump-fire stock" as a gun conversion kit, tool, accessory, or device used to alter or increase the rate of fire of a semiautomatic firearm to mimic automatic weapon fire.

Reclassified offenses are ranked one level above their original ranking under the Criminal Punishment Code for sentencing and gain-time eligibility purposes.

Takes effect October 1, 2018.
