Abrogates the October 1, 2018 scheduled repeal of provisions authorizing a citizen support organization for Florida Missing Children's Day, allowing the organization to continue operating indefinitely.

Expands the "Project Leo" pilot project for missing persons with special needs from five specific counties (Alachua, Baker, Columbia, Hamilton, Suwannee) and two additional counties (Palm Beach, Hillsborough) to a statewide program through regional autism centers established under Florida law.

Requires regional autism centers that opt into the pilot project to distribute personal devices to aid search-and-rescue efforts for persons at risk of elopement, with participants selected based on criteria developed by each participating center.

Removes specific reporting requirements that mandated centers submit preliminary reports by December 1, 2016 and final reports by December 15, 2017 to state leadership.

Delays the scheduled repeal of the pilot project from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
