Amends section 339.63 of Florida Statutes to expand the definition of facilities included in the Strategic Intermodal System and Emerging Strategic Intermodal System.

Adds "managed lanes of transit" to the list of corridor types that constitute components of Florida's interconnected transportation system.

Applies the addition to existing or planned corridors that connect major markets within Florida or between Florida and other states or nations.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
