Exempts business e-mail addresses of current justices of the Supreme Court, district court of appeal judges, circuit court judges, and county court judges from public records disclosure requirements under Florida law.

Maintains exemption status for home addresses, dates of birth, telephone numbers, and family information of current or former justices and judges, with sunset date of October 2, 2022.

Creates sunset provision for the new business e-mail address exemption set to expire on October 2, 2023, requiring legislative reenactment to continue the exemption.

Provides statement of public necessity finding that releasing business e-mail addresses could result in ex parte communications that necessitate judicial recusal and negatively impact court efficiency.

Notes that public may still contact justices and judges through their judicial assistants and that the content of business e-mails remains public; only the addresses are exempt.

Effective date: July 1, 2018.
