Expands public records exemption to include information in videotaped statements of minors who are alleged victims or victims of sexual battery, lewd acts, or other sexual misconduct under specified statutes.

Protects identifying information of minor victims including face, telephone numbers, addresses, school or employment information, and personal assets from public disclosure.

Adds s. 847.003 and s. 847.0137 to covered offenses while removing s. 827.071 from the exemption.

Requires governmental agencies authorized by law to access videotaped statements for statutory duties, and makes unauthorized disclosure by public employees a first-degree misdemeanor.

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature.
