Requires all glassware gifts to bear a permanent brand name prominently advertising the brand and limits distributions to a maximum of 10 cases per calendar year per licensed premises.

Prohibits vendors from selling glassware received as gifts or returning it to distributors for cash, credit, or replacement.

Requires manufacturers, importers, distributors, and vendors to maintain records of glassware sales or gifts.

Defines "case" as a box containing up to 24 pieces of glassware and "glassware" as a single-service glass container holding no more than 23 ounces.
