Adds exemption allowing out-of-state mold assessors and remediators to work in Florida for 9 months following an emergency declaration under s. 252.36(2), without state licensure requirements.

Restricts exempted out-of-state workers to counties directly impacted by the declared emergency.

Requires out-of-state assessors and remediators to register with the department before working, providing business name, 24-hour contact information, employee list, and proof of active liability insurance.

Mandates verification that out-of-state workers meet educational and experience requirements and have passed a substantially similar examination as required for Florida licensure.

Effective July 1, 2018.
