Exempts home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current or former directors, managers, supervisors, nurses, and clinical employees of substance abuse service providers licensed under Florida chapter 397, part II from public records disclosure.

Exempts the same identifying information for spouses and children of such personnel, as well as the names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children.

Applies retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and will automatically repeal on October 2, 2023 unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Legislature finds that release of such information may endanger these employees and their families from hostile persons who may react violently to their treatment and counseling actions.
