Requires landlords to disclose in writing to tenants any suspected, known, or reported sinkhole or sinkhole activity affecting the rental premises before or at the commencement of tenancy.

Mandates disclosure of any reports regarding sinkhole or sinkhole activity, including reports prepared pursuant to Florida Statutes sections 627.7072 and 627.7073.

Requires landlords to provide information as described in section 627.7073(2)(c) regarding sinkholes on the premises.

Amends section 83.50 of Florida Statutes to add sinkhole disclosure requirements to existing landlord disclosure obligations, including the landlord's name and address.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
