Removes the scheduled repeal of provisions governing the direct-support organization of the Florida Commission on Community Service, allowing the organization to continue operating indefinitely.

Direct-support organization must be a Florida nonprofit corporation organized to receive, hold, invest, and administer property and funds for the commission's benefit.

Organization must operate under written contract with the commission, including annual budget approval, annual certification of compliance, and disclosure of contract terms to donors.

Direct-support organization's board must include members of the commission and may use the commission's facilities, property, and personnel subject to equal employment opportunity requirements.

Effective date is July 1, 2018.
