Repeals section 458.3312, Florida Statutes, which previously established requirements for physicians to be board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology or plastic surgery.

Removes the prohibition against advertising or holding oneself out as a board-certified specialist from the grounds for disciplinary action against physicians.

Eliminates the board certification requirement for physicians supervising advanced registered nurse practitioners or physician assistants in dermatologic or skin care service offices.

Updates cross-references in section 766.106 from subsection (1)(oo) to subsection (1)(nn) regarding expert medical opinion and disciplinary action standards.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
