Remove the word "potential" from the requirement that the Department of Education develop a statewide electronic IEP (Individualized Education Plan) system for exceptional students.

Delete the obsolete deadline of July 1, 2007 for implementation of the statewide electronic IEP system.

Maintain the requirement that the statewide system be developed collaboratively with school districts and include input from districts currently operating electronic IEP systems.

Effective date: July 1, 2018.
