Prohibits knowingly selling, lending, distributing, transmitting, showing, possessing with intent to distribute, or advertising obscene child-like sex dolls, with penalties of first-degree misdemeanor for first offense and third-degree felony for second or subsequent offenses.

Reenacts multiple related statutes (sections 772.102, 847.02, 847.03, 847.09, 895.02, 921.0022, 933.02, 933.03, and 943.325) to incorporate the new child-like sex doll prohibition into definitions of criminal activity, racketeering activity, and qualifying offender status.

Establishes that officers may seize obscene materials including child-like sex dolls during arrests, and courts must order confiscation and destruction of such materials upon conviction.

Makes violations of the child-like sex doll prohibition subject to search warrant issuance and relevant to DNA database requirements for qualifying offenders.
