Expands definition of "patient" to include herds, collections, or groups of animals in addition to individual animals.

Adds "veterinary dentistry" as a defined discipline within veterinary medicine, including dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and related treatments performed by veterinarians or under their supervision, excluding nonprofessional tooth brushing or polishing.

Adds "veterinary telemedicine" as practice of veterinary medicine through electronic communications after establishing a veterinarian/client/patient relationship, excluding emergency teletriage or poison control services.

Modifies the veterinarian/client/patient relationship definition to include examination or medically appropriate visits to premises where the patient is kept, and adds complementary, alternative, integrative therapy and veterinary telemedicine to the definition of veterinary medicine.
