Repeals section 1011.69, Florida Statutes, relating to the Equity in School-Level Funding Act.

Amends the Principal Autonomy Pilot Program Initiative to remove references to the repealed section 1011.69(2) in the list of laws with which participating schools must comply.

Removes the requirement for principals of participating schools to annually provide a budget to the district superintendent and school board identifying how funds provided under the repealed section are allocated.

Eliminates the requirement for school districts to include principal budgets in their annual report to the State Board of Education.

Takes effect July 1, 2018.
