Creates a public records exemption for personal identifying information of Healthy Florida program members held by the Healthy Florida Board, public advisory committee, or agencies administering the program.

Defines personal identifying information as name, date of birth, address, email, or telephone number; also includes religious beliefs, national origin, ethnicity, and immigration status when disclosed to law enforcement or immigration agencies.

Allows disclosure of exempt information only to other agencies, federal entities, health care providers, care coordinators, and essential community providers for purposes of administering the program.

Establishes a first-degree misdemeanor penalty for willful and knowing disclosure of exempt information to unauthorized persons or entities, punishable under ss. 775.082 or 775.083.

Exemption is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and automatically repeals on October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature; effective date is contingent on passage of related legislation (SB ____).
