Creates section 627.352, F.S. establishing confidentiality and exemption from public records disclosure for Citizens Property Insurance Corporation records identifying detection, investigation, or response practices for suspected or confirmed information technology security incidents.

Exempts portions of risk assessments, evaluations, audits, and other reports of the corporation's information technology security program from public records requirements if disclosure would facilitate unauthorized access to data or information technology resources.

Exempts portions of public meetings that would reveal exempted data and information from open meetings requirements; requires recording and transcripting of exempt meeting portions, which remain confidential unless a court determines the meeting was not restricted to exempt subjects.

Authorizes disclosure of exempted records and meeting materials to the Auditor General, Cybercrime Office of the Department of Law Enforcement, Office of Insurance Regulation, and state or federal agencies for security purposes or official duties.

Applies exemptions retroactively to records held before, on, or after the effective date; exemptions subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and repealed October 2, 2023, unless reenacted by the Legislature.
