Removes the scheduled repeal date of October 2, 2018 for the public records exemption in section 560.312, F.S. for payment instrument transaction information held by the Office of Financial Regulation.

Maintains confidentiality protections for payment instrument transaction information that identifies licensees, payors, payees, or conductors from public records requirements.

Preserves existing provisions allowing licensees to access their own submitted information and permitting information-sharing agreements with law enforcement and governmental agencies for detecting financial crimes and workers' compensation violations.

Eliminates the requirement for the exemption to undergo review and reenactment under the Open Government Sunset Review Act.

Takes effect October 1, 2018.
