Removes the scheduled repeal of the confidentiality exemption for complaints of misconduct filed against agency employees under section 119.071(2)(k), Florida Statutes.

Maintains the exemption that protects complaints and investigation information from public records disclosure until the investigation is no longer active or the agency notifies the employee of the investigation outcome.

Eliminates the requirement for the exemption to be reviewed and reauthorized under the Open Government Sunset Review Act, which was scheduled to expire October 2, 2018.

Effective October 1, 2018.
