Creates a public records exemption for addresses of victims in incidents of mass violence, defined as events where four or more people (excluding the perpetrator) are severely injured or killed by an intentional and indiscriminate act of violence.

Designates victim addresses in mass violence incidents as criminal intelligence information and criminal investigative information under Florida Statutes.

Exempts victim addresses from disclosure under Florida's public records law (s. 119.07(1)) and the Florida Constitution's public records provision (Art. I, s. 24(a)).

Subjects the exemption to the Open Government Sunset Review Act and repeals the exemption on October 2, 2023, unless the Legislature reenacts it.

Cites public necessity to protect mass violence victims and their families from media intrusions, harassment, and exploitation during their vulnerable recovery period.
