Prohibits elected officials from using their name, image, or likeness in public service announcements paid with public funds from the date they qualify as a candidate through the day after the election

Former legislators prohibited from lobbying executive branch agencies for 2 years after leaving office; current legislators prohibited from representing others for compensation before state agencies during their term

Statewide elected officers and legislators prohibited from soliciting employment offers or investment advice arising from official/political activities, and from entering into profit-making relationships with lobbyists or principals

Requires lobbyists to electronically register with the Commission on Ethics and authorizes the commission to cancel registrations upon notification from principals that a lobbyist is no longer authorized
