Proposes amending Article XI, Sections 2 and 6 of the Florida State Constitution to require that each constitutional revision or amendment proposed by the Constitution Revision Commission or the Taxation and Budget Reform Commission address only one subject and matters directly connected to it

The Constitution Revision Commission is a 37-member body established every 20 years (starting 2017) that examines the state constitution, holds public hearings, and files proposed revisions no later than 180 days before the next general election

The Taxation and Budget Reform Commission is established every 20 years (starting 2007) to examine state budgetary processes, revenue needs, tax structure, and governmental efficiency, with proposals due 180 days before the general election in the second year following establishment

Requires a two-thirds vote of the full Taxation and Budget Reform Commission to propose any constitutional revision

The amendment would be submitted to Florida voters for approval at the next general election or an earlier special election authorized by law
