Creates the Prescription Drug Donation Repository Program within the Florida Department of Health to facilitate donation of prescription drugs and supplies to indigent, uninsured, or underinsured state residents

Allows nursing home facilities, hospices, hospitals, pharmacies, drug manufacturers, wholesale distributors, and prescribers to donate eligible prescription drugs that are unopened, in tamper-evident packaging, stored properly, and have more than 3 months until expiration

Permits health care practitioner offices, pharmacies, hospitals, nursing home facilities, and nonprofit health clinics to serve as repositories that accept, inspect, store, and dispense donated medications at no cost to eligible patients

Requires licensed pharmacist inspection of all donations, monthly inventory reporting to the department, and protocols for notifying recipients of drug recalls

Appropriates $325,423 in recurring funds and $78,233 in nonrecurring funds plus two full-time positions to the Department of Health for implementation, effective July 1, 2019
