Requires county supervisors of elections to enter into agreements with circuit court clerks to receive monthly lists of potential jurors who identified themselves as aliens, along with change-of-address information

Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles must furnish monthly lists to the Department of State of persons who identified themselves as aliens when obtaining driver licenses or ID cards

Lists must include name, address, date of birth, sex, and Florida driver license or identification card number for each person

Department of State must compare alien lists against the statewide voter registration system and notify county supervisors of elections if registered voters are identified as aliens

Effective date: July 1, 2019
