Eliminates the statute of limitations for most sexual offenses under Chapter 794, allowing prosecution at any time, except for offenses already barred from prosecution on or before July 1, 2019

Excludes certain violations from the statute of limitations change, including s. 794.024, s. 794.026, s. 794.027, s. 794.03, and s. 794.075

Requires the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission to incorporate training on interviewing traumatized victims, including the Forensic Experiential Trauma Interview technique

Training must emphasize a victim-centered approach combined with understanding of how individuals process traumatic events

Effective date of July 1, 2019; cited as the "Me Too No More Act"
