Defines "home address" to include physical address, mailing address, parcel identification number, GPS coordinates, neighborhood name and lot number, and any property descriptive information that may reveal a dwelling location

Extends public records exemptions to cover active or former civilian personnel employed by any law enforcement agency, not just civilian law enforcement personnel

Exempts from public disclosure: home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of covered personnel; names, home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, places of employment of their spouses and children; and names and locations of schools and day care facilities attended by their children

Allows covered personnel to submit written requests to custodial agencies to release their exempt information to specified parties

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2024 unless reenacted; effective date July 1, 2019
