Board of Governors and State Board of Education required to create a uniform system for awarding postsecondary credit to servicemembers and veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces for military experience, training, and education

Articulation Coordinating Committee must convene a 13-member workgroup by August 31, 2019, to develop the credit equivalency process, with recommendations due by December 1, 2019, and an approved list of course equivalencies by November 30, 2020

State universities, Florida College System institutions, and career centers must award postsecondary credit for military experience based on the adopted list, with credits guaranteed to transfer between institutions

Transcript fees waived for active duty military members, honorably discharged veterans, and their spouses and dependents at state universities, Florida College System institutions, and career centers

Institutions must annually report the number and value of transcript fee waivers granted to the Board of Governors and State Board of Education
