Exempts from public records requirements information about a voter registration applicant's or voter's prior felony conviction and whether their voting rights have been restored by the Board of Executive Clemency or pursuant to the State Constitution

Makes confidential all information concerning preregistered voter registration applicants who are 16 or 17 years of age

Applies retroactively to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act and will stand repealed on October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by the Legislature

Effective date of July 1, 2019
