Exempts from public meeting requirements portions of meetings held by local government-owned utilities that would reveal exempt information technology security information under s. 119.0713(5)

Requires all exempt portions of such meetings to be recorded and transcribed, with recordings and transcripts also exempt from public records disclosure

Allows a court to release portions of recordings or transcripts following in-camera review if it determines the meeting discussed non-exempt information

Subject to Open Government Sunset Review Act with automatic repeal on October 2, 2024, unless reenacted by the Legislature
