Florida Commission on Human Relations must create and publish a model sexual harassment prevention guidance document and policy that prohibits harassment, includes a standard complaint form, and outlines procedures for confidential investigations

Every employer in Florida must adopt the model policy or establish one that meets or exceeds its minimum standards, provide the policy in writing to all employees, and post it conspicuously at the workplace

The commission must produce an interactive model sexual harassment prevention training program that includes examples of unlawful conduct, information on federal and state laws, employee rights of redress, and local sexual assault hotline numbers

All employers must provide sexual harassment prevention training to employees annually, using either the state model program or one that equals or exceeds its standards

Effective date: January 1, 2020, with enforcement authority granted to the Florida Commission on Human Relations
