Designates the Honor and Remember flag as Florida's official emblem honoring U.S. Armed Forces members who died in the line of duty

Authorizes display at state-owned buildings where the U.S. flag flies, state-owned military memorials, and other state-owned locations

Specifies display on Veterans Day (November 11), Gold Star Mother's Day (last Sunday in September), and any day a Florida resident servicemember dies in the line of duty

Requires all flags displayed under this law to be manufactured in the United States and limits display to no more than two additional flags on a single flagpole

Local governments may display the flag at buildings where the U.S. flag is shown; departments and agencies had until July 1, 2020 to adopt implementing regulations
