Creates section 381.8175, F.S., directing the Agency for Health Care Administration to establish a statewide registry for patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) heart attack symptoms

Requires all PCI-capable health care facilities (those equipped to perform percutaneous coronary intervention) to report STEMI patient treatment data to the registry; other trauma centers and hospitals may voluntarily report

Subject to specific legislative appropriation, the agency must contract with a public or private entity to maintain the registry using a nationally recognized data platform and provide annual reports each January 1

Provides immunity from civil, criminal, and professional disciplinary liability for persons and health care providers reporting information in good faith to the registry

Amends section 401.30, F.S., to authorize disclosure of confidential emergency call records to the agency and contracted entity for the STEMI registry, and requires information sharing between the Department of Health, agency, and contractor regarding transport of suspected STEMI patients
