Creates the "Camo Alert" system for missing at-risk veterans, similar to the existing Silver Alert system for missing seniors

Defines "at-risk veteran" as a veteran or active duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard, or Reserve Forces who suffers from mental illness (including PTSD) or traumatic brain injury, and whose disappearance poses a credible threat to their own health/safety or others

Grants civil liability immunity to the Department of Law Enforcement, law enforcement agencies, media outlets, and communications providers who act in good faith when recording, reporting, or transmitting Camo Alert information

Authorizes only the law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over a case to request activation of a state Camo Alert through the Missing Endangered Persons Information Clearinghouse

Excludes at-risk veterans from the definition of "missing Florida school child" to ensure they are handled under the appropriate alert system
