Creates Chapter 908, Florida Statutes, prohibiting state entities, local governments, and law enforcement agencies from adopting "sanctuary policies" that limit cooperation with federal immigration authorities

Requires law enforcement agencies to comply with immigration detainers issued by federal agencies (ICE, CBP, DHS) and to notify judges when defendants are subject to such detainers

Establishes civil penalties of $1,000 to $5,000 per day for entities found in violation, with violators becoming ineligible for state grant funding for 5 years following adjudication

Creates a private cause of action allowing individuals injured by undocumented immigrants to sue state or local entities that maintained sanctuary policies, with jury trial guaranteed

Requires county correctional facilities to enter into agreements with federal immigration agencies for housing and detaining persons subject to immigration detainers, effective July 1, 2019
