Expands the definition of "officer, employee, or agent" in Florida's sovereign immunity statute (s. 768.28) to include members of child protection teams as defined in s. 39.01

Child protection team members receive personal liability protection from tort lawsuits when carrying out their official duties as team members

Immunity protection does not apply if team members act in bad faith, with malicious purpose, or with wanton and willful disregard of human rights, safety, or property
